How the audit works

A typical engagement is structured so you know what happens when, what I need from you, and what you get at the end. Details are aligned on the intro call, but the backbone looks like this:

Process steps

  1. Pick the flow — we choose the journey to audit and the success metric.
  2. Collect inputs — access, links, analytics context, and constraints.
  3. Deep review — heuristics, devices, forms, errors, performance signals.
  4. Findings report — issue, why it matters, change, impact, effort/risk.
  5. Handoff call — walkthrough with PM and engineering.

Timeline

Calendar time depends on scope and access, but many single-flow audits land in roughly one to two weeks from kickoff to handoff when inputs arrive on time.
